The purpose of the HACCP Level 2 course is to enable food industry personnel to use the HACCP system to analyse their food business and systematically control the risks to food safety.

We have an on-line version of this course available that is CPD regulated for delegates wishing to gain the knowledge and qualification but without the need to attend face to face training. Please refer to our “online courses / CPD courses” on the top menu.


This 1 day course is designed for employees who already have knowledge of the food safety level 2 course and will enable these persons to understand the controls used to ensure compliance with current legislation. It will highlight the delegates roles and responsibilities of working within the HACCP environment which will allow food safety to be achieved.

15 question multiple choice examination, pass rate 10 correct answers.
