This course is designed for those working in food businesses at a supervisory level and can be taken in catering, retail or manufacturing. The examination is taken at the end of the programme and is tailored to meet your specific industry demands:
- Level 3 (RQF) Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering
- Level 3 (RQF) Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing
- Level 3 (RQF) Award in Food Safety Supervision for Retail
Changes in Food Safety legislation effective from January 2006 have placed greater onus and accountability on anyone in the food business with supervisory responsibility. It is therefore vital they are equipped with both the knowledge and confidence to do their job effectively. This qualification has changed in 2017 from a QCF qualification to RQF.
We have an on-line version of the full level 3 course available that is available in module form so you can pick the individual modules that you need to refresh. The modules are CPD regulated and taken in conjunction with the full course accredited certificate can be used as refresher modules without the need to attend face to face training.
