Food safety is a constant concern for the public. Your customers health and well being is a constant concern of the business owner, a poor reputation as a food outlet will have a detrimental effect on your business as will any non compliance of food safety regulations.

Food businesses must, by law, ensure that all staff have received the appropriate level of safety and hygiene training commensurate with their role and risk. This course is suitable for Supervisors or Managers in a medium to large sized enterprise or owners in a smaller business.

  • Handle cleaning and disinfection: Improve knowledge of how to effectively clean and disinfect your food preparation areas.
  • Control pests: Don’t let pests become a menace, find out how to prevent a pest problem.
  • Safely handle and store food: Know the best way to stock and handle food to preserve the highest quality.
  • Food safety management systems: Learn how to successfully implement food safety management systems such as HACCP.
  • Utilise food premises and equipment: Fully understand food premises and equipment to use them for their intended design.
  • Understand supervisory management: Get to grips with the essential supervisory management protocols and how to implement them.
  • Learn food safety legislation & management: Know the needed food safety legislation and enforcement so you remain compliant.

We have provided the Food Safety Level 3 individual modules as seperate e-learning packages to be used as refresher units for those learners who have already passed this level 3 course. Alternatively learners can use these modules to focus in on possible areas where additional knowledge can be attained without the need to take the complete course. The individual modules are priced at £20.00 + vat each

Upon completion the learners will be able to download a CPD module certificate.
