Level 1 Award in Food Safety
We can train this 1/2 day course at your premises for a maximum of 20 delegates.
The Level 1 Award in Food Safety is for employees with no prior food safety knowledge, or those handling low-risk or wrapped food. Also suitable for waiting or check out staff, warehouse staff and kitchen porters.
Level 2 Award in Principles of HACCP
The 1 day Level 2 Award in Principles of HACCP for 15 delegates is designed for anyone working in catering or manufacturing where food is prepared, cooked and handled. This HACCP Award is designed for those working or preparing to work in food businesses where a food safety management system based on codex HACCP principles is already in place or is about to be implemented.
Level 2 Award in Food Safety
Our popular 1 day Level 2 Award in Food Safety is a course for 20 delegates that focuses expressly on the needs of food handlers in the specific sector of the food industry in which they work. Courses are available to meet the specific needs of Caterers, Food Manufacturers and Food Retailers. For individuals, this course is also fully available online, see our accredited Ofqual regulated
Level 3 Award in Implementing Food Safety Management Procedures
We can train this 1 day course at your premises for a maximum of 10 delegates.
The Level 3 Award in Implementing Food Safety Management Procedures qualification examines HACCP and tools such as SFBB and will be invaluable for managers and proprietors of 400,000 small food businesses across the UK.
Level 3 Award in Food Safety
Changes in legislation effective from January 2006 have placed greater onus and accountability on anyone in the food business with supervisory responsibility. It is therefore vital they are equipped with both the knowledge and confidence to do their job effectively. This 3 day Level 3 course for 20 delegates concentrates on providing an understanding of the practical application of food safety techniques and how to recognise hazards that exist which will allow food safety to be achieved.
