Let us introduce ourselves

Ashtree Management Services Ltd have been providing a comprehensive range of traditional training courses such as Food Safety (hygiene), First Aid, Health & Social Care and Health & Safety solutions to companies and organisations since 1990, becoming incorporated in 1999. We started small back in 1990 just covering East Anglia but have since expanded to cover all of England and Wales.

We have recently introduced a selection of short e-learning CPD accredited courses, these can be used as refresher training or for customers who wish to mix and match our traditional (classroom) courses together with a selection of sector specific e-learning packages, to further embed their employees blended learning approach.

We started providing City & Guilds Diploma’s & Apprenticeships Level 2  to 5 in 2003. We decided to discontinue our apprenticeship programme in 2017 due to the ever increasing amount of admin required but still provide fully funded Diploma’s to customers within the East of England region.

We pride ourselves on developing long-term relationships with all our customers to assist them meet their statutory obligations and corporate goals. Our short term goal is to ensure all of our training is enjoyable & cost effective with objectives being met, our long term goal is to ensure our customers employees are equipped to carry out their roles in a confident manner through professional training.

Our experienced and highly skilled team of trainers and consultants are able to deliver individual training programmes to suit the specific type of business whilst maintaining excellent communications and paying special attention to the detail of our customer’s requirements.

Quality Assured

How it all came to be…

We have been Matrix quality assured since 2006 and are currently working towards ISO 9001. We collect, evaluate and action all Customer / delegate feedback from every training session undertaken.

All of our First Aid training has been HSE compliant since 1999. We are Ofqual compliant through the HABC to deliver RQF Level 3 accredited First Aid training. Ashtree can still certificate internally for First Aid training if you believe accreditation for your organisation is not required. We can help (if needed) in providing you with the necessary “risk and needs assessment” documentation to be fully compliant with HSE requirements.

Our Paediatric First Aid training complies with Ofsted recommendations and EYFS, we have also been members of the Association of First Aiders (AoFA) since 2006.

Our Food Safety (hygiene) and Health & Safety courses are all accredited up to level 4 & are fully audited, we are a Registered Centre with Highfield Awarding Body for Compliance (HABC).

Our portfolio of Health & Social Care training courses complement our Diplomas and are compliant with the 15 sections of the Common Induction Standards, a selection of our courses include SoVA, Dementia, Supervision, Infection Control etc.

Ashtree only use professionally qualified trainers who are experts within their chosen fields, our trainers are monitored annually to ensure up to date product knowledge together with excellent training skills and an encouraging manner.
