We have traditionally catered for the training needs of Businesses & Organisations irrespective of their size where we would go into their premises to train large groups of their employees. This works very well for the medium to large sized enterprise as it enables the company to train groups of their employees with the minimum amount of disruption to their operations, groups of employees can be trained on premises without the need for travel arrangements or overnight costs, our customers know when we will arrive, when the course will finish, the level at which their delegates will be taught and the quality of our trainers and programs. Training can be more bespoke as we can tailor the content to your exact needs with the advantage of going onto the “shop floor” if possible to further embed information being taught.
We have suspended our “Open Course” programs where we set up a selection of courses at various locations around the country specifically to cater for the smaller businesses, sole traders and/or individual members of the public wishing to book onto. Hopefully as the country opens up and we can all get back to a resemblance of normal we will recommence our “open course” program.
Our definition of an open course is a traditional face to face training session organised to run in a specific area for individuals or small groups of employees to book onto. These open courses are priced per person and are inclusive of all training materials and certification.
We have introduced a selection of Highfield Qualifications e-learning courses that complement our tradiotional face to face courses, for more information on our selection of CPD and fully accredited e-learning courses please click on the button below.
