Food Safety Audits

• Internal Audits

All audits will be individually designed around the needs of your business. Advice can be given for new procedures and policy that will appear in your food safety documentation.

After a visit to your premises we will deliver a detailed report in which recommendations are made for you and your staff to implement. Recommendations will be realistic and graded in urgency to suit your company's budget and staffing. Advice and training can be given to your staff.

• Supplier Audits

  We can also inspect your suppliers' and provide a report assessing your supplier against your own standards. To ensure 'due diligence' you must ensure they are supplying safe food by visiting their premises and inspecting documentation.

Food Safety Policy Development

Production for our clients of a tailored food safety management system that can be adapted to any size of catering operation from cook chill units to small restaurants. The system includes a comprehensive but easy to use procedures manual backed up with onsite training in its use, access to help line support and regular coaching to ensure it does not gather dust.

Liaison with Enforcing Authorities

We will, where appropriate, undertake work on behalf of organisations to liaise with Enforcing Authorities (e.g. Local Authority Environmental Health Officers) in relation to food safety issues, to assist clients in developing a programme of work to resolve the concerns of the Enforcing Authority.

HACCP / Hazard Analysis

We will work with your staff to develop HACCP / Hazard Analysis systems designed to ensure the safety of your products and suitable for your business. A full implementation service including the training of staff is available and follow up audits are undertaken on a regular basis.
